Strategic Procurement Officer

As a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for delivering procurement services across the organization, ensuring a cost-effective and risk-managed service that meets customer needs. You will effectively contribute to the development of best practice in strategic sourcing, expenditure analysis, procurement, and supply chain strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives for all categories of spend.
- Planning, specification development, tendering, evaluation, negotiation of contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
