Job Overview
- Act as the primary technical liaison for client integrations, defining the capabilities and requirements of the e-commerce platform.
- Manage the implementation process, ensuring that timelines are adhered to for both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver continuous education and technical support to partners and integrating clients.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts until all issues are resolved.
- Work closely with the development team to roll out new features and tailor solutions to client specifications.
- Assist Customer Success and Technical Support teams with live brands.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales with direct client engagement in a web-based context.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is advantageous.
- Proficient in working with APIs and diagnosing JSON payloads.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and log analysis.
- Good grasp of HTTP and web technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Preferred familiarity with JavaScript and PHP/.NET.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in an eCommerce setting is a plus.
