Job Overview

This rewarding role will see you play a key part in assisting individuals to achieve housing stability, greater social inclusion, and a sense of self-mastery that enables long-term tenancy and improved quality of life. You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions in line with our models and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Building effective, supportive relationships with clients that promote self-determination and active participation
  • Delivering individualised plans that include practical interventions and strategies to overcome barriers
  • Implementing and monitoring plans in partnership with clients
  • Conducting thorough assessments of needs, risks, and vulnerabilities
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of client needs throughout the support journey—from intake through to exit

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare, or a related field – degree qualification preferred
  • OR substantial sector knowledge and experience gained through professional roles and ongoing development
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment, case management, and the social services sector
  • A current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (if designated as a first aider)
  • A valid QLD Driver's Licence
