Strategic Transformation Leader

This is a senior-level opportunity for a Business Analyst who thrives on strategic transformation and is ready to shape the business analysis function.

Working within a project-focused environment, you'll lead the adoption of best-practice frameworks, elevate BA governance and drive high-value initiatives.

  • Establish and champion standardised business analysis practices and frameworks
  • Lead the delivery of major projects from discovery to execution
  • Map business processes, identify improvements, and translate complex needs into technical outcomes
  • Drive data analysis, reporting and performance tracking to support decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change adoption across teams

About the Role

As a Strategic Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies that drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally with 3+ years in retail
  • Skilled in business process mapping (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and advanced data analysis
  • Strong communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experienced in leading BA practices and mentoring others
  • Comfortable working across Agile, hybrid or traditional project environments
