Medico-Legal Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to support our Medico-Legal team in handling sensitive legal and health records.

You will work closely with agencies like the Police, FACS, and the Coroner, ensuring all document requests are accurate, timely, and confidential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize medico-legal requests
  • Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
  • Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
  • Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience handling confidential information (public sector experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
