Job Description:

The role of Superannuation Leader is crucial in driving customer-centricity, fostering a high-performance team culture and ensuring quality advice delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of specialists to deliver high-quality compliant guidance and engagement services.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback and development opportunities to team members.
  • Allocate and manage workflow to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct supervision and quality assurance of customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer education and retirement readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • RG146 qualification in General Advice (day-to-day appointments not required but valuable).
  • Strong coaching and training skills with the ability to support and develop experienced team members.
  • Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills.
  • A professional, flexible and adaptable approach to leadership.
  • Experience handling advice escalations.
  • Commitment to compliance, quality assurance and ensuring CSC's frameworks and tools are applied effectively.
