Maintenance Officer

At Charles Young Aged Care, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs are carried out safely and in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the development of a maintenance plan to ensure effective management of maintenance tasks
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance requirements
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks as required, including painting, plastering, equipment repairs, minor plumbing, and grounds maintenance
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • General maintenance skills, such as painting, plastering, equipment repairs, minor plumbing, and grounds maintenance
  • A current driver's license
  • Experience in providing high-quality customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound documentation and computer skills
