About the Role

The GenusPlus Group, a rapidly growing ASX listed company, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Dandenong, Victoria.


As a key member of our Delivery Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of electrical infrastructure services to the electrical distribution industry throughout Australia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
  • Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality, and client specifications.
  • Ensure material and equipment are available to field crews.
  • Ensure compliance to relevant rules, regulations, statutory requirements, standards, and procedures, as well as safe working practices.
  • Audit the construction standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
  • Assist with time sheet approvals and review queries.
  • Liaise with Delivery Group and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve Project performance goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in the Electrical Supply Industry.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, and familiarity with Australian industry regulations, applicable codes, best practice, and performance standards.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
