We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across our platform, making us the most intelligent and future-ready restaurant tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large language model-driven features to enhance our products (e.g., smart reporting, predictive ordering, conversational support, intelligent menu recommendations).
  • Integrate large language models into point of sale workflows, analytics dashboards, and customer-facing applications.
  • Build and maintain APIs and middleware to connect AI models with our ASP.NET Core & EF Core backend and TypeScript-based frontend.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector databases to deliver context-aware insights from restaurant data.
  • Optimize large language model usage with prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning to reduce cost and improve performance.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI-powered features in production.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to bring AI-first experiences to life.
  • Monitor AI features post-deployment, addressing issues like hallucinations, latency, and data compliance.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong programming experience in C# (ASP.NET Core, EF Core), TypeScript.
  • Proven experience with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Practical experience with natural language processing, embeddings, and machine learning pipelines.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of restaurant/F&B software systems, POS, or ERP.
  • Familiarity with MLOps (CI/CD for AI, monitoring, model lifecycle management).
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in SaaS applications.
