Industry and Renewables Transformation Specialist

The opportunity to drive growth in the rapidly evolving industry and renewables sector has arrived.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Industry and Renewables Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing market segment go-to-market strategies across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer segments and market dynamics, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. You will work closely with country leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share growth in the industry and renewables sector.

  • You will identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
  • You will develop and execute segments and account-specific profitable growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and positioning.
  • You will develop and execute channel plans, working closely with channel managers to identify, evaluate, and develop channels for long-term partnerships.
  • You will establish a deep understanding of customer segments and market dynamics, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • You will build and monitor pipelines, forecast, and track metrics.
  • You will ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in business or engineering highly desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to confront tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions.
  • Able to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
