Warehouse Cleaner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Cleaner. This part-time role will involve maintaining the cleanliness of our warehouse premises, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.

  • Collect and remove waste materials from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
  • Inspect floors, walls, and other surfaces for any visible rubbish or debris, and clean up accordingly.
  • As required, clear snow or ice build-up in the freezer warehouse and dispose of it properly.
  • Under instruction, collect damaged product and dispose of it in nominated waste bins or quarantined holding areas.
  • Clean bollards and walls as instructed, and dust wire caging around walkways regularly.
  • Inspect loading docks, battery charging rooms, and external eating/smoking areas for any visible rubbish, and clean up accordingly.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness by sweeping floors manually or using a mechanical sweeper as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Manual dexterity and physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (freezer - 25 degrees).
