Job Overview

As a seasoned Maintenance Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the community's upkeep and functionality. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing appliances, and completing maintenance requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction while ensuring the community remains well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall installation, and painting
  • Troubleshoot and repair household appliances to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Complete maintenance requests and work orders promptly and efficiently
  • Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the community
  • Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in handyman/maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
  • Ownership of basic hand tools
  • Reliable transportation to and from the community
  • Ability to work independently and follow a regular schedule
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
