Customer Technical Training Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering instructor-led training and developing courseware materials to support the E-7 Aircraft platform.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical maintenance development and instruction, with a strong background in Avionics systems and experience in delivering training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver E-7 Aircraft Avionics Maintenance instructor training for ongoing sustainment activities
  • Design and develop maintenance training solutions to meet capability requirements
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for developing essential E-7 Aircraft courseware
  • Lead continuous improvement of E-7 Aircraft courseware and develop new courses using innovative processes and technology

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills Avionics (MEA40618) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with E-7 Wedgetail or B737NG holding a B2 MAML or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Avionics Aircraft Maintenance (B2)
