- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments and interventions to improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and implement exercise programs and pain management strategies to enhance client mobility and function.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and services.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree or equivalent.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care or private practice physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Current National Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination.
