Bell Captain Job Description

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Hotel Porters to ensure positive guest relations and create a welcoming environment.

  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests with the delivery and collection of their luggage.
  • Provide accurate information on services and facilities available within the property.
  • Foster positive working relationships across all departments.

You will also assist the Concierge in rostering, training, and communications.

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as experience as a Bell Captain or similar position within a five-star property. A valid driver's license is also required.

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with hands-on porter experience and proficiency in PMS systems. You should have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service and a strong history of leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
