About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Bella Vista Gardens, a premier residential aged care facility in the Sydney Hills District.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will lead a team that is effective, capable, and thriving in their work.

We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care and service, and who embody our company values of compassion, respect, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner, meeting their needs and preferences, and maximizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver care services that comply with Cranbrook Care policies and procedures, ensuring the residence meets accreditation requirements at all times.
  • Live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
  • Sound understanding and commitment to person-centered care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement ideal.
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care).
