Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years' experience in child protection, mental health, or family services.
- Strong skills in engaging and assessing at-risk families using a strengths-based approach.
- A comprehensive understanding of child protection issues and the ability to respond to risks effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with reluctant clients.
