About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic OOSH 2IC to join our team at TeamKids. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own program, creating and implementing enriching experiences for children, and engaging with the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own program with the support of the Director
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of engaging experiences for children
  • Engage with the school community, including community engagement
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
  • Confidently interact with children, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun
