Lead, Collaborate and Nurture

Are you ready to unleash your full potential as a Centre Manager? You will lead a professional team to create a safe and secure environment where children are encouraged to be brave, curious and imaginative in their learning journey.

You will build lasting and meaningful relationships with families, ensuring they have full confidence in their children's education and care. Using your leadership and business skills, you will drive financial sustainability as we invest 100% of profits in providing high-quality education for young children across Australia.

A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it) is required. Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre is also essential. You will need sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Budget and financial accountability experience is also necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Children's Services
  • Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
