Key Responsibilities- Provide telehealth services for patients, including pre-consultation and post-consultation calls, consultations, and internal education sessions.
- Develop and provide information resources for patients, as well as education procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute success and ensure prescriptions are compliant and delivered in a timely manner.
- Build a repeat patient base and create reports on clinic performance.
- Pursue clinic improvements and commit to providing an excellent standard of patient care.
- Nurse Practitioner with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a telehealth clinic.
- Tech savvy with computer processing skills, including Microsoft 365 and patient management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical thinking skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously.
