The Role- We are seeking an individual to lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering high-quality regulatory services in the North East Victoria Region.
- This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and effective project management to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- As part of our team, you will participate in responding to environmental emergencies and incidents, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- You will also contribute to investigations under the direction of the Environmental Crime Branch.
- Your key responsibilities will include managing resources, developing business plans, and reporting on project progress.
To be successful in this role, you will require a proven track record of achievement in a relevant leadership position, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
