Responsibilities
  • Receiving returned stock to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
  • Coordinating the destruction or return of reconciled stock to vendors.
  • Providing administrative support to the Returns team.

  • Experience handling customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
  • High attention to detail to record accurate information.
  • A proactive approach to extracting relevant information.
  • Confident communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience using SAP and SharePoint software.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Background in Customer Service and/or Logistics.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
