Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers inquiring about credit and returns.
  • Inspect and analyze returned products for damages and reason for return.
  • Clean and process sunglasses for credits, inventory, and breakdowns of merchandise.
  • Determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.
  • Understand the impact of credits on financial statements and inventory.
  • Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an average of 19 entries per hour.
  • Perform weekly inventory of product on returns cart.

Additional Tasks:

  • Cross-train and backup any position in the department as needed.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
