Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of a busy neighbourhood shopping centre in Wollongong/Shellharbour area. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and management skills, with experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting for the centre under the guidance of an Asset Manager
  • Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
  • Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
  • Identifying casual/pop-up leasing opportunities
  • Financial Management including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Day to day repairs/maintenance of the property
  • Managing Contractors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team, with strong financial acumen and management skills. Confident negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are also necessary. Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders are essential.
