Responsibilities
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing of countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment
  • Maintain food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators, to prevent contamination and spoilage
  • Coordinate receipt and organization of deliveries to the kitchen, ensuring seamless inventory management
  • Remove waste and wash dirty dishes, adhering to our stringent health and safety protocols
