Community Service Officer

We are seeking community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Service Officers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of offenders while they perform community service.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise offenders during their community service assignments, ensuring that they adhere to all safety protocols and conduct policies. You will also be responsible for directing tasks, monitoring behaviour, and ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong ability to supervise and manage offenders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conduct policies.
  • Solid understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effectively liaising with community agencies and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in transporting offenders and coordinating logistics for community service worksites.
