About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Facility Manager to join our team at Mooraleigh Hostel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective person-centred care to our residents, their families, and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of around 30 staff members, providing visible and effective leadership and supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of optimism, encouragement, learning, and innovation among your team.
- Collaborate with our Director of Clinical Operations to drive improvements in care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Manage relationships with residents, their families, and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and service.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience in Aged Care, with a strong understanding of Day-to-Day Operations within a Residential Aged Care Facility.
You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and service.
