Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in the Central Coast and Newcastle region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of multiple restaurants within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture franchise partnerships and provide support to corporate-owned stores
  • Implement best practices in collaboration with franchise partners and corporate-owned restaurants
  • Manage store performance and outcomes within the designated territory
  • Travel within the region to conduct store visits and provide guidance

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site restaurant management, ideally within a franchise and corporate-owned environment. They will possess effective communication skills, a proactive and results-driven personality, and the ability to work with autonomy and take initiative.
