We Are Seeking a Content Editor

To join our team in Homebush West, we are seeking a Content Editor to play a key role in the efficient and timely production of high-performing SEO content.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the content calendar and ensure a smooth workflow while maintaining the content database.
  • Craft, edit, and upload SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct research, fact-checking, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Act as guardian of our brand voice.
  • Provide writers with constructive feedback to improve quality of output.
  • Utilise prompt engineering to fine-tune AI tools, ensuring they generate content that meets editorial standards and business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing calendars, databases, and multiple briefs for efficient production and timely delivery.
  • Content writing/editorial experience including copy/sub-editing.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise in SEO principles and best practices, with a track record of creating content that boosts organic traffic.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
