Job Description:

As a Poultry Farm Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art farms. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on KPIs and operational metrics, leading and training a team of staff to achieve excellence in a commercial environment, driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing bird growing requirements using advanced techniques, and ensuring farm presentation and standards remain at the highest level.

About Us:
We are Australia's largest corporate meat chicken grower, setting the standard in broiler farm operations and development. Our farms have the capacity to produce over 174 million broiler chickens annually, contributing approximately 25% of Australia's total broiler chicken production. Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you'll need experience managing broiler farm operations, strong leadership and team development skills, a proactive and detail-oriented approach to farm management, a high regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, physical fitness to perform farm duties, and the right to work in Australia. You should also be passionate, open-minded, and driven to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.
