Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled National Bridge Lead to join our team.

  • Plan, organize, and lead project teams in the delivery, design, and documentation of project requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring fulfillment of agreements.
  • Provide technical leadership across projects, overseeing management and output to ensure high-quality work.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, mentoring staff, and providing vision to team members.
  • Liaise with business leaders and approve employee time, expenses, and functions.

Key qualifications include a degree in civil engineering, extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer, and sound knowledge of Australian Standards and construction principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Plan, organize, and lead project teams in the delivery, design, and documentation of project requirements.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations ensuring fulfillment of agreements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership across projects, overseeing management and output to ensure high-quality work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in civil engineering.
  • Extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and construction principles.
