Job Overview:

As a Junior Business Analyst in our Network Integrity team, you will play a key role in analyzing traffic patterns, visualizing key metrics, and supporting decisions that strengthen our defenses against fraud and invalid traffic (IVT).

You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to identify trends, prepare and interpret data, and build dashboards that make complex information easy to understand for both technical and business stakeholders.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn and grow. You don't need prior experience in fraud prevention or network security, but you should be curious and motivated to learn, with a passion for data analysis and ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to analysis of traffic patterns and signals, helping to spot unusual trends and areas to investigate
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to prepare, clean, and interpret data for the team
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that make data easy to understand for all stakeholders
  • Help measure the effectiveness of fraud & IVT detection systems by collecting and analyzing key performance data
  • Partner with engineers and data scientists to provide insights that inform design choices and threat-mitigation strategies
  • Support the preparation of reports and materials that clearly communicate the business value of integrity initiatives
