Overview

Driver - Side Lift role at Cleanaway Waste Management.

Location: Dandenong South, Victoria. Employment type: Permanent, Full Time. You will join a team delivering and collecting waste using a side-lift vehicle for municipal contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a side-lift collection vehicle for municipal contracts
  • Load and unload waste materials
  • Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
Qualifications
  • Must have a HR licence with at least 2 years of experience or side-lift experience
  • Strong work background; waste industry experience is advantageous
  • Side-lift experience desirable but not essential – training available for the right candidate
  • Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
  • Available for an early morning start
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • Commitment to safety and ability to work as part of a team
