Archaeologist Leadership Opportunity

    We seek a highly experienced and technically skilled archaeologist to lead our heritage team in delivering high-profile projects across Australia.

    As Principal Archaeologist, you will provide technical leadership and expertise to drive project success, develop industry-leading capabilities, and foster innovation within the team.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and contributing to winning opportunities through strong client relationships and proposal writing
  • Providing technical leadership and coaching to staff members
  • Supporting the delivery of a wide range of heritage projects

    Requirements include proven experience in leading teams to deliver projects within the heritage sector in Australia, consulting experience with a focus on Aboriginal heritage in Victoria, expert knowledge of State and Commonwealth heritage legislation, and experience in stakeholder and client management.
