Business Intelligence Leader Role

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading the development of strategic business intelligence solutions in Australia.

This leadership role includes ongoing management and further development of data quality, sales systems, and tools across our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and improve the data quality of Red Bull's CRM using relevant Business Intelligence tools to deliver more accurate reporting.
  2. Work with Global HQ team on Master Data Management projects for AUS.
  3. Support the Sales Systems & Insights Analyst on the end-to-end Business Intelligence process of data model creation, data analysis, and reporting using Business Intelligence tools.
  4. Collaborate with the Data Science team on new Data Science/Analytics projects in Australia.
  5. Develop and implement national training programs with the assistance of Senior Category & Field Leaders as well as play a key role in supporting the implementation of future Field Measurement systems.
  6. Provide leadership through strategic direction, regular coaching, and development of Sales Insights Analysts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent experience with SAP as a user, minimum 3 years with responsibility for data integrity at the backend.
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems and data warehouses with the ability to learn new systems quickly and identify system issues.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (advanced), VBA Scripting (advanced).
  • Experience in ETL Tools such as Trifacta or Alteryx.
  • Experience building reports and coaching departments in Business Intelligence Reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a similar commercial field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
