We are seeking an experienced Rolling Line Operator to join our production team at a leading food and beverage manufacturer. As a key member, you will be responsible for operating the flaking rollers to achieve smooth operation and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate flaking rollers in conjunction with all production team members to ensure optimal output.
  • Manage rolling lines to ensure smooth operation and meet quality requirements.
  • Monitor grain transfers from the mill to the rolling line.
  • Complete documentation accurately and legibly.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate different machines and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of good manufacturing practice (GMP) requirements.
  • Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain.
