Support Worker Role

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Western Australia, providing high-quality care and support services to individuals across aged care, disability, and mental health sectors.

This role involves engaging with customers who require assistance with daily tasks, acknowledging their autonomy, and enabling them to live independently. Building relationships with customers, families, and carers is crucial to provide person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance to customers who require support with daily tasks
  • Acknowledging customers' autonomy and enabling them to live independently
  • Building relationships with customers, families, and carers to provide person-centred support
  • Collaborating with the support team to ensure high-quality services

Requirements:

  • You have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • You hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or are willing to obtain one (we will cover the cost)
  • You are available to attend paid training during the week
  • You value diversity, inclusivity, and respect for all individuals
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude

Benefits:

  • An hourly rate between $23.16 and $31.41 per hour plus super and shift loading
  • The option to salary package up to $18,550 to reduce taxable income
  • The opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support through on-the-job traineeships
