Key Role Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Proposal Specialist. This role offers a dynamic and varied work environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality proposals that drive business success.

This is a key role within our organisation, working closely with technical teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise and skills will be essential in driving proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans. You will also play a key role in highlighting the organisation's unique strengths and challenges, ensuring that our proposals stand out from the competition.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in developing high-quality proposals. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction or property industries.

  • The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • A proactive, organised and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills, is essential for this role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, are required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is also desirable.
