Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical support to customers on our AWM organisation products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Support the sales team in the territory on a range of products as needed.
- Develop and manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with our sales strategy.
- Ensure operating efficiencies, including assistance with the management of our devices within accounts.
- Support the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver in-service programs, workshops, and seminars to customers.
- Maintain our dedication to educational support to drive sales opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor products and activity.
- Stay informed about relevant medical and trade journals, literature, and bulletins associated with product responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science-related fields.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications desirable.
- Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting.
- Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
