Key Investment Position

The role of Investment Associate is crucial to our team's success, requiring exceptional service delivery and trusted advice to high-net-worth individuals.



Responsibilities:
  • Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with clients through active communication and tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide expert insights to clients to inform their investment decisions.
  • Manage the ongoing relationship building with multiple investment specialists and their clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Effectively apply processes to support the delivery of self-directed investment solutions and Line 1 risk controls.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement Private Wealth Advantage solutions and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop presentation materials to assist investment specialists in generating new business opportunities.
  • Be responsible for administrative tasks related to onboarding new self-directed clients and implementing new investments in conjunction with the Operations Team.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, including events and customized seminars.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings and data entry.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting HNW clients.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, such as Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
