We're seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to join our Governance, Risk and Controls Advisory team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal audit, risk management, process improvement, and governance practices.
They should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with individuals across all levels of an organisation.
A commitment to enhancing team capabilities through provision of guidance, support, and advice is essential.
- Key responsibilities include developing risk-based internal audit plans.
- Executing internal audit procedures and ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timeframe, and budget.
- Participating in project planning & scoping.
- Providing guidance and support to risk consultants, offering advice on internal audit methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure internal audit activities align with client goals and priorities.
- Preparing internal audit reports, including findings, risk, root cause, and recommendations, supporting communication of results to stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, process improvement, and governance practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with individuals across all levels of an organisation.
- Extensive experience writing reports, observations, and communicating results and recommendations to varied audiences.
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.
