Elite Soccer Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled soccer coach to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience playing at an elite level, enabling them to deliver high-level technical training to players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized training plans for elite players.
  • Build strong relationships with players and parents through excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering technical breakdowns of exercises.
  • Mentor players to achieve their footballing goals.

Program Development:

  • Assist in creating community programs and team-based sessions with partner clubs.
  • Design and implement training plans and session modules.

Requirements:

  • Elite-level playing experience is mandatory.
  • Previous coaching experience is essential.
  • Coaching qualifications or willingness to obtain are preferred.
