The Marketplace Growth Manager role is a key position within the company, responsible for executing the Kmart Marketplace strategy. This involves targeted outreach, commercial negotiation, onboarding support, and data-driven account management strategies.
This role is pivotal in shaping high-performance culture while driving the execution of the Kmart Marketplace strategy. The successful candidate will lead the acquisition and onboarding of high-potential sellers aligned with our category strategy, develop and execute strategic growth plans for priority categories, and build strong seller relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regular business reviews with clients, presenting insights, roadmaps, and ROI-driven recommendations.
- Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis to inform feature prioritisation and pricing strategies.
- Own end-to-end account management for a portfolio of marketplace sellers, from onboarding through expansion.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and superior relationship-building skills. You should have 3-5 years' experience in digital retail, eCommerce, or marketplace environments, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce.
You will also need to possess strong understanding of marketplace platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
