Job Title: Strategic Cyber Solutions Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality cyber projects that meet standards for design, build, test, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather cyber requirements and support business activities effectively.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, tools, and processes efficiently.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, security audits, and the formulation of security strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, including technical architecture, infrastructure, operations management, and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification and a program management or methodology certification is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in business analysis within cybersecurity, with an extensive demonstrable track record of successfully contributing to complex, large-scale cyber/IT projects.
  • Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and security tools (SIEM, Endpoint Detection Response, firewalls, encryption, access control systems).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with techniques such as use case studies, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping, and detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
