Senior Manager, Education and Support

KU Children's Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Education and Support to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the Education Support Team and ensuring effective support and inclusion of children in our services.
About the RoleThis is a senior management position that requires a deep understanding of the early childhood sector and a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be responsible for creating positive outcomes for children with additional needs and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Education Support Team to ensure effective support and inclusion of children in KU services
- Develop and implement relevant Early Childhood Education (ECE) Support goals
- Oversee all KU Services inclusion activities, funding, training, and projects
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to inclusion and support
- Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a manager's role with demonstrated advanced leadership skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in inclusive education or early childhood intervention
- Demonstrated current knowledge of the early childhood sector, including knowledge of the National Quality Framework
