About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert centre in the Wagga region. As a Senior Centre Director, you will provide leadership and operational direction to the centre, while also supporting the Senior Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators and provide mentoring and support to other services in the region
  • Provide operational direction to the centre and support the Senior Operations team
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and fellow services to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience leading a large service or area
  • Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • A current Working with Children's Check and first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training)
