The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our waste collection teams in delivering safe and efficient services to our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily rear lift and side lift collections operations, including rostering, route planning, and monitoring driver performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and safe delivery of waste collection services
  2. Supervise and motivate a team of drivers and collections staff
  3. Conduct daily pre-starts, safety briefings, and toolbox talks to promote a positive and safety-focused work environment
  4. Perform fatigue, mass and speed audit checks and provide driver coaching and training as required
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards

About You
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, preferably within a logistics or waste management environment. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
