Product Coordinator Job Overview

The Product Coordinator plays a key role in influencing and driving the trading plan and roadmap for Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara.

Job Description:

As a Product Coordinator, you will work closely with peers and leaders in the consumer mobile team to define the trading plan and strategic roadmap. This includes planning and tracking key product changes, ensuring all business casing and PMO processes are progressed to the relevant stages.

You will be responsible for bringing the trading plan to life, working to seek all necessary approvals to ensure CAPEX initiatives are funded and planned. You will also drive all go-to-market activities associated with trading and key product deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Senior Product Manager (Prepaid Mobile) & PM (Vodafone prepaid) in building and delivering the commercial budget & product roadmap for Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara.
  • Planning and tracking key product changes, ensuring all business casing and PMO processes are progressed to the relevant stages to support timely advancement in the product deployment lifecycle.
  • Supporting the Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara consumer trading team (Sales/Product/Pricing/CLM) to assess the impact of product/pricing changes and deliver change quickly and efficiently via regular communication and planning with key support vendors.
  • Regularly monitoring the activity and impact of key competitors on Prepaid/M2M product lines.
  • Brainstorming new revenue lines and opportunities for Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara to meet or exceed their growth objectives.
Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications is required. The successful candidate will have prior product, marketing or digital experience accompanied by a bachelor's degree.

They will also have energy and enthusiasm combined with a strong retail background.
