Role Overview

As a dedicated sales team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our front counter.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales orders and complete dispatch documentation with high accuracy.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly face at our counter while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the service team with credit claim processing and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to end of month KPI reconciliations and maintain an effective filing system.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure timely sales orders and deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
