Job Summary



Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Manager to join our Federal government team in Australia. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our largest customers to understand their critical business outcomes and help them realize their goals using AWS services.



About the Role




  • Deliver strategic planning, business development, sales, and program management expertise to drive customer success
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for cloud engagements, leveraging AWS services and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring customer needs to life, driving feature innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand goals and required outcomes


Requirements




  • Senior level executive engagement and advisory experience delivering consulting and professional services
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and its benefits on enterprise transformation
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and establish credibility quickly with senior level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations


Preferred Qualifications




  • AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • Understanding of the value proposition of the public cloud and experience delivering cloud engagements
